Cancellation Policy

Payment: The client pays a total of $678 CAD. Deposit: The client pays a non-refundable $200 CAD deposit to reserve the event date. The remaining $478 rental is due 10 Business days before the scheduled event date. Overage -Any extra time will be billed at $100 an hour. Payment Declined A $100 surcharge will be applied for declined payment from any Banking Institution, Credit Card Company or other 3rd party Payment Institution (eg. Paypal). Rights to Media -The Client owns the media. With the clients permission, the provider may use media for promotional purposes. Date Changes - Date changes must be made 10 business days before the scheduled date of the event.
