Cancellation Policy

Contract will be sent to the customer within 24-48 hours of confirming a booking date and time. 700 CAD dollars to be paid at the time of booking (200 to lock in your date and 500 for the 8 Foot LED LIGHT WALL; and the remaining Monies CAD to be paid 10 days before the scheduled time of the event. Price Subject to change. Last Minute Booking: Extra cost to be determined. Additional Add On items shall be paid for in full 10 days prior to event scheduled date, no exceptions. Failure to make a full and complete payment 10 days before the event will void the contract and the even shall be considered cancelled, no exceptions. The 360 Photo Booth Crew understands life happens, and things occur which are out of our control which can lead to the cancellation or rescheduling of a scheduled event. To cancel or reschedule an event please contact Latch by phone 416-509-0643 at least 10 days prior to the event schedule time. Upon Cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited by the customer. This means the customer will not be reimbursed their deposit, with very few exceptions with proof of documentation - such as death.
